📦 Shipping Information

  • We deliver worldwide via Korea Post EMS. Orders over $150 USD enjoy  free international shipping.

  • Items from multiple suppliers are collected and packed together for a single shipment.

Processing Time:

  • Standard items: 1–3 business days

  • Bulky or oversized items (bedding, curtains, home-living products): 5–10 business days for careful preparation

Delivery Time:

  • Standard EMS: 5–14 business days depending on destination

Tracking:

  • Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch.

 

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

1️⃣ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipment cost, up to a maximum of $60 USD, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Bulky or oversized items may require special handling—please contact us before initiating a return.

2️⃣ Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to defective or incorrect items.

3️⃣ Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement, excluding the return shipping costs.

4️⃣ International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, up to a maximum of $50 USD, unless the return is due to our error.

  • For bulky or oversized items, please contact us first for instructions to ensure safe shipping.
